SHIPPING & RETURNS

Why haven’t I received any emails confirming my order or shipping yet?

Check your spam box. You should receive an from us confirming your order and then another one when your order ships with tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to email us at info@shoparq.com or check your Account, if you made one at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We will process and ship your order within one week upon receiving your order (excluding weekends, holidays, and in the event that we are holding a special promotion and receive an influx of orders). Your order will be shipped USPS Priority if you’re in the United States, which takes 2-3 business days.If you are outside the US, it will be sent USPS First Class International which is a $15 flat rate, no matter how large your order. It will take approximately 2-4 weeks (sometimes sooner, especially Canada, and occasionally it will take longer). International shipping does not include duties/taxes your country may collect.

Can I get expedited shipping?

We offer $5 flat-rate, two-day Priority shipping on all US orders every day. We do not currently offer expedited international shipping.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes! We will ship anywhere that offers insurance on your order, but please be advised that you are responsible for your country’s customs fees and delays.

What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept return 100% of your purchase on unused items within 30 days of your arrival date for US and international customers. Any shipping charges will not be returned. Email info@shoparq.com or log in to your Account and we will take care of it right away!

SIZING HELP

Our sizes are labeled by age, but babies and kids come in all shapes and sizes! Use our size chart, and your intuition as a guide. If your baby is big for their age, size up!
